Rays Of Light Broadcasting

Rays of Light Television is a minority black-owned Christian (Seventh – Day Adventist) television station that will be located in Spokane – Washington. We are a Christian television station that is set to compete in the highly competitive television industry not only in the United States market but also in the global market because our clientele base will not be restricted to just Christian businesses and
organizations in the United States but in the international Christian space who would want to advertise on our TV station.

Rays of Light Television will air live Christian events from all across the United States. Our business goal is to become one of the leading Christian TV station in the United States of America with high profile Christian corporate and individual clients scattered all
around the globe. Our workers are going to be selected from a pool of talented and highly creative broadcasters and media experts in and around Spokane – Washington and also from any part of the world as the business grows.

We will make sure that we take all the members of our workforce
through the required training that will position them to meet the expectation of the company and to compete with leading Christian TV stations in the United States and of course throughout the globe.

 Rays of Light Television is founded by Rupert Salmon and his partners. For the past 27 years, this TV station operated as a local broadcast station. Since Rupert became the manager and now owner, he has worked to change its footprint from local to International
station using the Internet. By connecting the local broadcast to Apple TV, ROKU, IOS, and Android apps, and special events on all the social media platforms. In addition, he has also sought out internationally known SDA speakers to do special events and really promote these
events. They did a 40 night live 1-hour broadcast. When we started our Facebook views, an average of 50-100 views in the first week. By the end, we were averaging 1500-2000 in 3-5 hours after the event.
As stated before, we broadcast on four different channels simultaneously. I have taken one channel and created a partnership with a
group of black SDA churches (1200 Churches, 320k members) to broadcast their content 24 hours per day. This creates the first black
SDA church TV channel.

This business plan contains confidential, trade-secret information and is shared only with the understanding
that you will not share its contents or ideas with third parties without the express written consent of the plan author. Channel 2 – We are creating a 24-hour Health Education Network, creating health content for the poor and underserved communities.
We will take the content created and make written outlines and booklet that can be used as hands-on training materials in the
communities. We already have a long list of volunteer physicians and clinicians of every specialty ready to create content for this project. We will also add financial, parental, and basic life skills to our offerings. Because of the public nature of what we are doing, we
will be able to qualify for all sorts of grants to help finance this project.

We have also created a Video on Demand (VOD) platform, for which we have created a membership program. We will host an average of
300-500 hours of Christian video content on this platform. Membership will cost $10 per month or $60 per year. We will also be
providing additional benefits for its members. Masterclasses, online shopping mall for the products and services of the members. My
goal is to get about 6,000 members generating approximately $350k per year
Rupert Salmon the Founder has over 30 years of working experience in the industry from marketing to sales to media equipment to video
production and editing. This will serve as a good edge for us to thrive and have a quality production.




Rays of Light Television was established with the aim of reaching out to SDA and other Christian bodies corporately and individually
and thereby maximizing profits in the TV industry. We want to compete favorably with leading Christian television stations in the
The United States and of course throughout the globe which is why we have put in place a competent team that will ensure that we meet and
even surpass our customers’ expectations.
We will work hard to ensure that Rays of Light Television does not just air Christian events in the United States of America, but also in
other parts of the world. Our products and services are listed below:

Blocks of airtime with church entities’ prices will vary based on needs. Average package: $2,500 for 12 hours of airtime per month.

Washington but also throughout the United States of America, and other parts of the world.
 Our mission is to provide professional Christian television broadcasting services that will provide platforms for Christian
businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations in promoting their brands and reaching out to a wide range of potential
customers all over the globe. We want to build a Christian television station that can favorably compete with other leading brands
in the industry.




In concert with our mission to be an impactful force in the community, we at Rays Of Light Broadcasting have worked to create The J&J Scholarship Fund. We understand first hand the difficulties that parents and students have in affording a college education and believe it is the fundamental duty of the faithful to lift up those who seek opportunities and who desire to be successful and transformative members of their communities.
We believe that God has called us to further strengthen our communities by helping to educate the minds of our youth who will, in turn, lift up their communities and be positive and transformative forces of change. Beyond just providing monetary funding we also will be pushing for a mentoring component to our fund in which young aspirational youth will be given the opportunity to be mentored by successful individuals that will advise them on how to prepare for the future and how to accomplish their goals, through this mentoring component we will seek to call on those that might wish to give of their time rather than just monetarily inspiring those that have seen success in their lives to give back by mentoring the next generation of young leaders and professionals.
